Optimalizace železniční trati Martinice v K. – Rokytnice n. J.

Abstract

Ačkoliv popularita železnice v České republice roste, neplatí to většinou pro méně významné tratě v regionech. Tato diplomová práce tedy analyzuje nejen samotný technický stav podhorské trati, ale také celý region v širších souvislostech. Studována je stručná historie území, vybrané demografické a socioekonomické ukazatele nebo přepravní proudy a vazby v území. Na základě zkušeností z podobných tratí nejen v České republice jsou vytipována opatření, jejichž realizace v minulosti přispěla k nárůstu počtu cestujících a větší popularitě železnice mimo centrální oblasti. Ta jsou poté s přihlédnutím ke skutečnostem získaným v analytické části prověřována vzhledem k možnému zavedení v parametrech trati z Martinic do Rokytnice. Navrženy jsou čtyři varianty koncepce provozu, všechny koordinované s Plánem dopravní obslužnosti Královehradeckého i Libereckého kraje, a v různém rozsahu podmíněné modernizací tratě, stanic a zavedením nových zastávek. To vše by mělo přispět k vyšší atraktivitě veřejné hromadné dopravy v regionu Jilemnicka a Rokytnicka

Although the popularity of railway system in the Czech Republic is growing, this is not mostly the case for less important lines in the regions. This thesis therefore analyses not only the technical condition of the foothill line itself, but also the whole region in a broader context. A brief history of the territory, selected demographic and socio-economic indicators or transport flows and links in the territory are studied. Based on the experience from similar lines not only in the Czech Republic, the measures whose implementation in the past has contributed to an increase in the number of passengers and greater popularity of the railway outside the central areas are identified. These are then, taking into account the facts obtained in the analytical part, examined for possible implementation in the parameters of the line between Martinice and Rokytnice. Four variants of a traffic concept are proposed, all of them coordinated with the Transport Service Plan of the Hradec Králové and Liberec Region and conditioned to different extents by modernisation of the line, stations and introduction of new halts. All of this will contribute to a higher attractiveness of public transport in the region of Jilemnice and Rokytnice.
