Měření drsnosti povrchu obráběných free-form ploch

Abstract

Tato práce se zabývá měřením drsnosti povrchu free-form ploch po obrábění. Cílem je zjistit vhodnou metodu měření těchto ploch. Byla provedena rešerše na téma výroby free-form ploch a měření drsnosti na těchto plochách. Následovala rešerše v oblasti normalizace v oblasti měření drsnosti. V praktické části práce je popsán návrh experimentálního tělesa a měření drsnosti na navrženém tělese. Závěrem je porovnání různých metod měření drsnosti a vyhodnocení celé práce.

This thesis deals with the measurement of surface roughness of free-form surfaces after machining. The aim is to determine a suitable method for measuring these surfaces. Research has been carried out on the topic of manufacturing of free-form surfaces and measuring the roughness on these surfaces. This was followed by a research on standardization in the field of roughness measurement. The practical part of the thesis describes the design of the experimental solid and the measurement of roughness on the designed solid. Finally, a comparison of different methods of roughness measurement and an evaluation of the whole work is presented.
