Negativní jevy na pracovišti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na analýzu negativních jevů na pracovišti. V teoretické části práci jsou definovány pojmy jako jsou mobbing, bossing, staffing, jejich znaky, formy a fáze. Je zde popsáno, kdo je mobber (pachatel) a kdo je oběť, jak se lidé mohou snadno dostat do jedné z těchto dvou rolí a jak se ochránit a bránit proti těmto praktikám. Praktická část bakalářské práce je posta-vena na dotazníkovém šetření, které proběhlo ve společnosti Sazka a. s. Cílem je popsat zkoumanou problematiku výskytu negativních jevů v rámci společnosti a navrhnout případná opatření, jak nejlépe těmto jevům zabránit. Z výsledků poté vyšlo najevo, že ani jeden z respondentů nezažil negativní jevy v jejich současném zaměstnání, tedy v Sazce, ale všechny negativní zkušenosti nasbírali během jejich působení v minulých zaměstnáních.

The bachelor thesis is focused on the analysis of negative features in the work-place. The theoretical part of the work is defined by terms such as mobbing, boss-ing, staffing, their features, forms, and phases. It describes who the mobber is and who the victim is, how people can easily get into one of these two roles, and how to protect and defend themselves against these practices. The practical part of the bachelor's thesis is based on a questionnaire survey, which took place in the company Sazka a. s. The aim is to describe the researched issues of the occur-rence of negative features within the company and to suggest possible measures to best prevent these phenomena. The results then revealed that none of the re-spondents experienced negative features in their current job in Sazka, but they gained all the negative experiences during their work in their previous jobs.
