Abstract

Tato diplomová práce prezentuje návrh konstrukčních řešení, konstrukční analýzu a realizaci nové bytové budovy v souladu s poižadavky českých norem. Práce obsahuje předběžný návrh nosných konstrukcí, kalkulaci tepelněizolačních vlastností včetně součinitele prostupu tepla a spotřeby energie. Zjednodušený návrh technických zřízení budov a základů konstrukcí je také součástí projektu.

Abstracts: This thesis presents the design , structural solution , structural analysis and realization of new apartment building in accordance with applicable Czech standards. The scope of this work is preliminary design of all load bearing elements to ensure safety when facing regular actions Design and detail calculation of thermal insulation , hydro-insulation , compositions of layers to ensure standard U value and eliminate thermal bridges , water penetration , moisture transfer , excessive energy consumption of all roofs , basement walls , envelope walls, floors and internal walls. Brief design of building services and foundation of the structures.
