Investorská příprava staveb pro tělovýchovu (manuál pro malé organizace)

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na sportovní a tělovýchovné spolky. V práci je hodnocen podíl staveb pro sport z celkového objemu staveb S-hodnoty. Je teoreticky popsána předinvestiční a investiční příprava staveb a následně aplikována na příkladu. Dále jsou analyzovány možnosti získání financí a dotací pro sportovní spolky. Za účelem efektivního využití majetku je provedena pasportizace objektu a ekonomického stavu malé sportovní organizace a na jejím základě provedena studie stavebních změn. Výstup je dopracován do podrobnosti ekonomického posouzení záměru.

This diploma thesis is focused on sports and physical education associations. The work evaluates the share of the building for sports from the amount of money S-value. The pre-investment and investment preparation of the construction and the application applied for publication are theoretically described. Others are analyzed the possibilities of obtaining funds and subsidies for sports associations. In order to make efficient use of the property, the passportization of the building and the economic condition of small sports organizations and on the basis of possible analyzes of building changes. The output is completed until the introduction of the economic assessment of the plan.
