Příčiny fluktuace lektorů ve vzdělávací společnosti

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá analýzou příčin fluktuace lektorů. Cílem práce je analyzovat příčiny fluktuace lektorů ve vzdělávací společnosti. Teoretická část je zaměřena na definování pojmu fluktuace, jsou zde popsány postupy sledování příčin fluktuace, její měření a náklady s fluktuací spojené. Praktická část se zabývá analýzou příčin vnější fluktuace lektorů ve vzdělávací společnosti. Pro účely této práce jsou využity techniky sběru dat kvantitativního a kvalitativního výzkumu. Všechna získaná data jsou využita pro odhalení příčin fluktuace lektorů a zároveň jsou stanovena doporučení pro snížení fluktuace.

This bachelor thesis analyses the causes of employee turnover. The theoretical part defines the employee turnover term, focuses on monitoring and measuring the causes of turnover, the types of turnover, and the costs connected to it. The practical part deals with the analysis of the causes of external teacher turnover in an education company. The methods of quantitative and qualitative research data collection are used for the purposes of this thesis. All the acquired data are used to ascertain the causes of teacher turnover, while recommendations for the reduction of employee turnover are determined.
