Komparace vybraných lokalit z pohledu investice do nemovitosti

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce je srovnání vybraných lokalit, dle stanovených požadavků a kritérií investora, z pohledu investice do nemovitosti. V první části práce autorka definuje veškerá kritéria včetně jejich bodového ohodnocení, která stanovila na základě domluvy s investorem. V další části jsou informace o jednotlivých městech, která byla v práci brána v úvahu. U samotných měst je i hodnocení vybraných bytů pomocí jednotlivých kritérií, která byla definována v první části. Uvedené hodnocení sloužilo jako podklad pro třetí část práce, ve které je závěrečné vyhodnocení nejlepší investice do nemovitosti a doporučení pro investora.

The main goal of this thesis is to provide comparison of the selected locations, according to the requirements and criteria of investor from the point of view of investment property. In the first part the author defines all criteria inclusive their score, which would be agreed with investor. In the next part there is information about towns and evaluation of real estates according to the criteria defined in the first part. The third part of the thesis brings the final evaluation of the best investment property and the recommendation for the investor
