Na třech konkrétních investičních zakázkách poukazuje na problémy vznikající v průběhu jejich životního cyklu. Obsahuje analýzu současného průběhu investiční zakázky ve společnosti, vyhodnocení stávajícího stavu a návrh optimalizace projektového řízení. | cze |
