Technologické porovnání variant multifunkčního objektu v přípravné fázi projektu areálu Stone Ranch

Abstract

Diplomová práce řeší konstrukční návrh multifunkčního objektu ve třech různých variantách, dispoziční řešení a následně jeho časové a finanční porovnání v přípravné fázi projektu. Jsou zde řešeny tyto hlavní oddíly: návrh tří konstrukčních variant objektu, technologické řešení skladeb obvodového pláště, střešního pláště a stropní konstrukce. Dále stavební rozpočet, část stavebně technologického projektu a vícekriteriální analýza pro vyhodnocení nejvýhodnější varianty.

This diploma thesis deals with a structural design of a multifunctional building in three different variants, the process layout and it's time and financial comparison in the preparatory phase of the project. There are 3 main sections in this diploma thesis: the structural design of three variants of the building, the technological solution of the composition of the external cladding, roof cladding and roof construction. Other parts of the thesis cover financial budget, a part of construction and technological project and a multi-criteria analysis to determine the most favorable variant.
