| dc.description.abstract | Táto práca sa zaoberá témou Talent Management ako v rovine teoretickej tak aj v rovine praktickej. V práci je rozoberaný úzky okruh konkrétnej špecifikácie talent managementu a to hlavne naberanie zamestnancov, ich dosadzovanie na správne pozície a ich motivovanosť v praxi. Praktická časť je venovaná rozboru informačného sektoru ako takého, s dorazom na rekrutovanie zamestnanco a na tzv. vojnu talentov. Práca bola vykonávaná primárnym a sekundárnym výskumom, využívaním oboch druhov dát. | cze |

Through conducting of the both primary and secondary resources analyses recruiting process description, applicants needs and shift between recruiting and talent acquisition were defined as the most significant points.
