Nákladová studie provozu projektu Malvíny a vyhodnocení investice

Abstract

Jedním z cílů této práce je stanovení celkových předpokládaných investičních nákladů projektu a následná snaha o nalezení vhodného operačního programu z aktuálního programového období tj. 2014 - 2020, který by umožnil spolufinancování projektu přírodního koupacího biotopu Malvíny v Třešti ze Strukturálních fondů Evropské unie. Dalším cílem je analyzovat dosavadní konkurenci mezi venkovními koupališti v okolí města Třešť a odhadnout předpokládanou návštěvnost plánovaného biotopu Malvíny spolu s předpokládanými náklady na provoz a údržbu areálu. Na základě předpokládané návštěvnosti a předpokládaných provozních nákladů budou stanoveny ceny vstupného na koupaliště a bude posouzena jejich konkurenceschopnost. Hlavním cílem je vypracování cash flow financování s ohledem na finanční zdroje a možnosti investora a cash flow vyhodnocení investice, na jehož základě bude projekt vyhodnocen z hlediska návratnosti a udržitelnosti. Obě cash flow budou vypracovány ve dvou variantách, a to ve variantě, kdy je zajištěno spolufinancování projektu ze zdrojů EU, a ve variantě, kdy financování není možné a veškeré investiční náklady hradí investor v plné jejich výši.

One of the purposes of this work is to determine the total estimated cost of the project and subsequent effort to find a suitable operational program of the current programming period 2014 - 2020, which will be able to co-finance the project of natural swimming biotope Malvinas in Trest from the EU Structural Funds. Another target is to analyze the existing competition in the outdoor swimming pool operators in neighborhood of the town Trest and to estimate the expected attendance of the planned Malvinas biotop, along with presumed costs estimate of operation and maintenance of the biotop. The entrance fee to the biotop will be determined on the basis of the assumed costs and assumed attendance of the biotop and their competitiveness will also be assessed afterwards. The main goal of this task is to develop cash flow of financing which will respect investor´s financial resources and possibilities. In addition to that, cash flow of investment evaluation will be formulated based on which will be the project evaluated in terms of return and sustainability. Both of determined cash flows will be specified in two variants. First of them considering variant of co-financing from EU funds, the seconds one based on investment costs that are covered by the investor in their full amount since the co-financing is not possible in this case.
