Analýza využití agilních metodik řízení projektů v rámci vývoje mobilních aplikací

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na analýzu využití agilních metodik ve zkoumané společnosti, konkrétně na dvou projektech, které se zabývají vývojem mobilních aplikací. Cílem práce je na základě provedeného dotazníkového šetření odhalit hlavní přínosy a omezení agilního řízení týmů. Dílčím cílem je poté ze zjištěných nedokonalostí vytvořit návrhy a doporučení ke zlepšení využívání těchto metodik. Teoretická část práce vysvětluje tradiční metodiky řízení projektů, dále pak agilní metodiky, kde se zaměřuje především na Scrum a Large Scale Scrum. Metodika práce popisuje metodu kvantitativního šetření, která byla při zpracování práce použita. Praktická část práce se zabývá představením společnosti a projektů vč. jejich týmů, ceremonií a nástrojů. Následně jsou na základě provedeného šetření a jeho výsledků formulována doporučení, plynoucí ze zjištěných přínosů a omezení agilního řízení projektů ve vybrané společnosti.

This diploma thesis focuses on the analysis of the use of agile methodologies in the researched company, specifically on two projects that deal with the development of mobile applications. The aim of the work is based on the questionnaire survey to reveal the main benefits and limitation of agile team management. The partial goal is then to make suggestions and recommendations from the identified imperfections to improve the use of these methodologies. The theoretical part of the thesis explains traditional project management methodologies, then agile methodologies, where it focuses mainly on Scrum and Large Scale Scrum. The methodology describes the method of quantitative research, which was used in the processing of the thesis. The practical part of the work deals with the introduction of the company and project, including their teams, ceremonies and tools they use. Subsequently, based on the survey and its results, recommendations are formulated, resulting from the identified benefits and limitations of agile project management in the selected company.
