Optimalizace návrhu rekonstrukce BD Rezidence Rozmarýna

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je zpracování optimalizace návrhu rekonstrukce bytového domu Rezidence Rozmarýna v České Třebové. Autor se zabývá kontrolou původního návrhu z hlediska tepelné techniky, požární techniky a stavebně-technologického řešení. Hlavním cílem práce je kontrola původního návrhu ve výše uvedených oblastech a následné vypracování alternativního optimalizovaného návrhu. Důraz je kladen především na minimalizaci finančních, časových a technologických nároků, a to při zachování požadované třídy energetické náročnosti budovy. Součástí je i porovnání původního a optimalizovaného návrhu.

The subject of the thesis is the processing of the optimization of the design of the reconstruction of the apartment building of the Rezidence Rozmarýna in České Třebová. The author examines the original design in terms of thermal engineering, fire engineering and construction-technology solutions. The main objective of the work is to check the original proposal in the above areas and then develop an alternative optimized proposal. The main focus is on minimizing financial, time and technological demands, while maintaining the required energy performance class of the building. Comparison of original and optimized design is also included.
