Finanční analýza vybraných stavebních podniků a vliv pandemie COVID-19

Abstract

Diplomová práce se zabývá finanční analýzou vybraných stavebních společností a zhodnocením vlivu pandemie COVID-19 na tyto společnosti. V úvodu práce jsou stanoveny cíle práce, kterých by mělo být dosaženo. Následně je teoreticky popsána samotná finanční analýza a též podklady, které slouží kjejímu sestavení. V další části práce jsou představeny vybrané stavební společnosti. K těmto společnostem je poté zpracována finanční analýza. Závěrem práce je vyhodnocení samotné finanční analýzy, dopady pandemie COVID-19 a zhodnocení, zda je dosaženo cílů určených v úvodu diplomové práce.

The master's thesis deals with the financial analysis of selected construction companies and the evaluation of the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic on these companies. In the introduction of the thesis, the objectives of the thesis are stated that should be achieved. Subsequently, the financial analysis is described theoretically and the background materials used to compile it. The selected construction companies are presented in the next part of the thesis. Financial analysis is then prepared for these companies. The thesis concludes with an evaluation of the financial analysis itself, the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic, and an assessment of whether the objectives identified in the introduction of the thesis have been achieved.
