Studie proveditelnosti rekonstrukce bývalého zemědělského objektu

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je vytvoření studie proveditelnosti rekonstrukce bývalého zemědělského objektu v Táboře. Práce má dvě části, teoretickou a praktickou. Teoretická část se zabývá obecným popisem studie proveditelnosti, výstavbovým projektem a jeho životními cykly, ekonomickým sledováním projektu a vyhodnocením efektivnosti. Praktická část diplomové práce se zaměřuje na vytvoření studie proveditelnosti rekonstrukce zmíněného objektu. Součástí studie proveditelnosti je popis variantního řešení, analýza trhu dané lokality, stanovení všech nákladů, výnosů a určení celkového cash-flow, jednotlivě dle variant. V závěru diplomové práce jsou jednotlivé varianty vyhodnoceny z ekonomického hlediska a je stanoveno doporučení optimální varianty.

The main task of this diploma thesis is the feasibility study of the reconstruction of a former agricultural building. The thesis has two parts, theoretical and practical. The theoretical part describes a general description of the feasibility study, the construction project and its life cycles, the economic monitoring of the project and the evaluation of the effectiveness. The practical part of the diploma thesis focuses on creating a feasibility study of the reconstruction of the mentioned object. Part of the feasibility study is a description of the variant solution, analysis of the market, determination of all costs, revenues and determination of the total cash flow, individually according to the variants. At the end of the diploma thesis, the individual variants are evaluated from an economic point of view and the recommendation of the optimal variant is determined.
