Abstract

Zaměřením této bakalářské práce je finanční analýza a její praktická aplikace na konkrétní podnik. Obsahem je charakteristika a popis metod finanční analýzy, dále zahrnuje popis jednotlivých elementárních ukazatelů, které jsou nástroji pro finanční řízení podniku. Pro aplikaci těchto ukazatelů a metod byl vybrán podnik VRBKA střechy s.r.o., který sídlí v Písku v Jižních Čechách. Na závěr je popsána a zhodnocena finanční situace společnosti a navrhnuty příležitosti pro rozvoj společnosti.

The focus of this bachelor's thesis is a financial analysis and it's practical application on a specific enterprise. This thesis contains characteristics and description of methods of financial analysis, further it includes description of individual elementary indicators, which are instruments of a company's financial management. The selected enterprise for application of these indicators and methods is VRBKA střechy s.r.o., based in Písek, South Bohemia. Conclusion of this thesis is the description and evaluation of the financial situation and suggestion of opportunities for development of the enterprise.
