Návrh motorového lože UL letounu s motorem Rotax 912

Abstract

Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh konstrukce motorového lože pro zástavbu motoru Rotax řady 912 do letounu kategorie UL výrobce Direct Fly. Nejprve je navržena nejvhodnější podoba podle požadavků výrobce. Při návrhu jsou respektovány české stavební předpisy UL-2, německé LTF-UL a americké ASTM. Podle těchto předpisů je stanoveno zatížení a následně provedena pevnostní kontrola motorového lože a spojovacích prvků. Nakonec je proveden hmotový rozbor konstrukce a určeno těžiště celé soustavy motoru, vrtule a lože.

This thesis is focused on proposal of an engine mount for the installation of Rotax type 912 into the ultralight category airplane made by Direct Fly. At first, the most suitable form is proposed according to producer´s requirements. The structure is designed in accordance with Czech regulations UL-2, German LTF-UL and US ASTM. On the basis of these regulations, load on the engine mount is defined. After that, the strength analysis of the construction and the connecting elements is performed. Finally, the mass of the mount is calculated and gravity center of the whole system is defined.
