Pomocný mobilní manipulátor pro ukládání balíků na europaletu

Abstract

Diplomová práce vznikla za účelem navrhnout mobilní manipulátor, který usnadní práci obsluze stroje při rovnání kartonových krabic na europaletu. V úvodu je zpracován průzkum trhu z hlediska dostupných technologií pro manipulaci s kartonovými balíky. Další řešenou problematikou je pohyb obsluhy po pracovišti a jeho optimalizace. Řešení manipulátoru je zpracováno po konstrukční stránce, kde výstupem je 3D model.

Thesis was formed in order to design a mobile manipulator, which will facilitate the work of the machine operator during the storing of the carton boxes on pallets. In the introduction is elaborated market research, from the point of view of available technology for manipulation carton boxes. Another problem is the movement of the operator around the workplace and optimization. The solution of the manipulator is the after the construction site, where the output is a 3D model.
