Nábor a výběr animátorů CK Alexandria

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je analýza náboru a výběru animátorů CK Alexandria a návrh nových postupů a procesů pro získávání a výběr animátorů do budoucna. Přínosem práce bude za pomoci navrhované změny přilákat žádoucí uchazeče o pracovní místo, efektivnější proces výběru animátorů, který zvýší kvalitu animací v destinacích a následné zmírnění fluktuace animátorů. Teoretická část obsahuje souhrn zásadních teorií činností náboru a výběru, které jsou nadále využity v praktické části. Praktickou část tvoří analýza náboru a výběru animátorů v CK Alexandria, doporučené změny v oblasti náboru a návrh nového výběrového řízení.

The objective for the Bachelor's thesis is the analysis of recruitment and selection of animators for the CK Alexandria as well as proposal for the future process and strategy of acquiring and hiring new animators. The advantages of the project, with enforcement of suggested changes, will include more effective selection of the animators, which will increase the quality of animator services in the destinations and it will also possibly decrease the fluctuation of animators. The theoretical part includes summary of the fundamental action theories of enrollment and election which are also used in the practical part of this thesis. The practical part is consisted of the analysis of recruitment and selection of animators for the CK Alexandria as well as the recomended changes in the enrollment, in addition to proposal for the new job selection procedure.
