Motivace zaměstnanců

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tvorbou motivačního systému ve vybraném podniku. Teoretická část obsahuje obecné poznatky o motivaci, stimulaci a pracovní motivaci zaměstnanců v podniku. Dále je zde analyzována problematika odměňování, která je zaměřena na zaměstnanecké výhody. V praktické části je představen podnik, ve kterém bylo vykonáno dotazníkové šetření. Předmětem dotazníkového šetření bylo prozkoumat a analyzovat motivaci pracovníků. Na základě těchto zjištěných informací je v zakončení bakalářské práce uveden návrh na motivační systém, který by reflektoval požadavky a přání zaměstnanců.

This thesis deals with a motivation system in a selected company. The theoretical part consists of the theory of motivation in general, and discusses a general knowledge of motivation, stimulation and the motivation of employees in a selected company. There is also a remuneration analysis which is focused on employee benefits. The practical part of the thesis introduces the company in which the research was carried out. The aim of the research was to analyze and investigate the motivation of workers in the discussed company. The final part of the thesis deals discusses there is recommendations for the discussed motivation system which is based on the results of the research. The system reflects requirements and wishes of the employees.
