Vzdělávání a rozvoj zaměstnanců ve společnosti Galatek a.s.

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá oblastí podnikového vzdělávání a rozvoje zaměstnanců. Cílem práce je analyzovat systém podnikového vzdělávání ve společnosti Galatek, a. s. a v případě zjištění nedostatků navrhnout řešení, která by tyto nedostatky odstranila a systém tak vylepšila. Teoretická část práce je věnována základním pojmům z oblasti lidských zdrojů, vzdělávání a rozvoje. Praktická část je věnována dotazníkovému šetření, které bylo zvoleno jako metoda výzkumu a samotné analýze vzdělávacího systému. V závěru praktické části jsou analyzovány nedostatky vzdělávacího systému a zároveň jsou zde navržena řešení, která by mohla vzdělávání v podniku udělat efektivnější a přínosnější pro zaměstnance.

The bachelor thesis deals with field of company education and development of employees. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the system of company education in Galatek, a. s. and in case of deficiencies to propose a solution that would eliminate these deficiencies and improve the system. The theoretical part is devoted to basic concepts of human resources, education and development. The practical part is devoted to the questionnaire survey which was chosen as a method of research and to the analysis of the educational system of the company. At the end of the practical part, the weaknesses of the education system are analyzed and at the same time there are proposed solutions that could make the education in the company more efficient and beneficial for the employees.
