Finanční management projektů v neziskovém sektoru

Abstract

Tato práce řeší problematiku financování neziskových projektů, konkrétně získávání finančních prostředků a způsoby fundraisingu. Cílem této práce je navržení optimálního řešení pro fundraising daného neziskového projektu a využití všech potenciálních zdrojů financování. Při zkoumání problematiky práce užívá metodu pozorování, ve které zjišťuje konkrétní nedostatky finančního řízení projektu. Využívána je i analýza financování zkoumaného projektu, analýzu konkrétní crowdfundingové kampaně, což slouží získání podkladů pro návrh řešení problematiky. Navrhnutým řešením se podařilo nejen zvýšit efektivitu financování daného neziskového projektu, ale i stanovit základní body vedoucí k úspěšné crowdfundingové kampani. Tato práce může být přínosem jak pro vybraný projekt, tak i pro další ziskové i neziskové projekty.

The bachelor thesis explores the issues of financing non-profit projects, especially fundraising and its methods. The aim of this thesis is creating proposal of optimal solution for fundraising of examined project and use of all potential sources of founding. In the examination of the issue this thesis is using method of observation, which detects specific weaknesses of financial management of the project. Used is also analysis examined the founding of the project and an analysis of crowdfunding campaign, which is used for finding materials needed to create the proposal of optimal solutions of the problem. By the suggested solution this thesis could increase the efficiency of funding the non-profit project, but also determinate the basic points towards to a successful crowdfunding campaign. This thesis can be beneficial for both - to the selected project, as well as other profit and non-profit projects.
