Hodnocení investičního projektu společnosti LETOKOV a.s.

Abstract

Cílem bakalářské práce je hodnocení investičního projektu na odkup výroby švýcarské společnosti Famec. Výrobu bude odkupovat společnost LETOKOV a. s. a převeze ji do České republiky. V teoretické části budou definovány pojmy a popsány potřebné metody, které následně aplikuji v části návrhové. Také zde budou zmíněny a popsány potřebné analýzy a na závěr teoretické části bude představena společnost LETOKOV a. s. Návrhová část se skládá ze studie proveditelnosti, pomocí které zodpovím na veškeré důležité otázky, týkající se daného projektu. Od počátečních informací o projektu se přes analýzu trhu, konkurence, marketingové strategie a marketingového mixu dostaneme k otázce financí a hodnocení investice. Pomocí citlivostní analýzy zjistím, jaká rizika nejvíce projekt ohrožují. Z výsledků studie proveditelnosti následně zpracuji závěrečné shrnutí a navrhnu doporučení ohledně této investice.

The aim of this thesis is to evaluate an investment project for the purchase of a Swiss company Famec's production. The production will redeem a company LETOKOV a.s. and will transport it to the Czech Republic. The theoretical part will define terms and will describe the necessary methods, which I will then apply in the proposal part. Also, there will be mentioned and discussed necessary analyzes and the company LETOKOV a.s. will be introduced at the end of the theoretical part. The proposal part consists of a feasibility study by which I will answer all the important questions concerning the project. We will get from the initial information about the project through market analysis, competition, marketing strategies and marketing mix to the question of finances and investment evaluation. I will determine the risks most threatening the project using the sensitivity analysis. I will then write up a final summary and suggest recommendations on this investment on the basis of the results of the feasibility study.
