Návrh energeticky úsporné mateřské školky

Abstract

Předmětem diplomové práce je provedení návrhu energeticky úsporné mateřské školky. První část práce je analytická a koncepční, druhá část projekční. Nejprve byl stávající objekt navštíven a byla zpracována rešerše stavebního řešení. Následně byla zpracována rešerše požadavků na energetickou náročnost budovy. Dále byl zpracován rozbor technických požadavků na budovu a její konstrukce. Na základě těchto rešerší byl vypracován návrh energetické koncepce pro dosažení úrovně budovy v pasivním standardu a návrh konstrukčního systému na bázi dřeva. Poté byla vypracována projektová dokumentace pro stavební povolení v částech A Průvodní zpráva, C.3. Koordinační situace, D.1.1 Architektonicko stavební řešení, D.1.2. Stavebně konstrukční řešení, předběžný návrh dimenzí nosných konstrukcí, D.1.3. Požárně bezpečnostní řešení – koncepce, D.1.4. Technika prostředí staveb – předběžný návrh a trasování systémů TZB. Dále byl zpracován podrobný návrh skladeb všech konstrukcí a vybraných stavebních detailů. V poslední řadě bylo zpracováno vyhodnocení energetické náročnosti budovy.

The subject of the thesis is the design of an energy-efficient kindergarten. The first part of the thesis is analytical and conceptual, while the second part is design. Initially, the existing building was visited and a research of the building design was prepared. Subsequently, a research on the energy performance requirements of the building was prepared. Furthermore, an analysis of the technical requirements for the building, and its structure was prepared. On the basis of this research, an energy concept for achieving the passive building standard and the design for a wood-based construction system were developed. Following that, the project documentation for the building permits was prepared in parts: A Accompanying report, C.3. Coordination Situation, D.1.1. Architectural and structural design, D.1.2. Structural design, preliminary design of the dimensions of the load-bearing structures, D.1.3. Fire Safety design – concept, D.1.4. Building Environment Technology – preliminary design and routing of HVAC systems. Additionally, a detailed design of the internal and external structures and selected construction details was prepared. Finally, an energy performance assessment of the building was prepared.
