Stavebně technologický projekt - Bytový dům, Praha - Lehovec

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce řeší stavebně technologický projekt bytového domu v Praze na Lehovci. Autor se zaměřuje na vypracování prostorové, časové a technologické struktury výstavby objektu. Hlavním obsahem bakalářské práce je posouzení projektové dokumentace, rozborový list, technologický normál, schémata postupu realizace výstavby, časoprostorový graf, nasazení pracovníků a strojů, graf spotřeby materiálu, výkresy zařízení staveniště pro jednotlivé etapy výstavby a technická zpráva zařízení staveniště, technologické postupy pro zdění příček a montáž keramických obkladů.

This bachelor thesis deals with a building technology project of a residential building in Prague, Lehovec. The author focuses on the development of spatial, temporal and technological structure of the construction of the building. The main content of the bachelor thesis is the assessment of the project documentation, analysis sheet, technological standard, diagrams of the construction process, time-space chart, deployment of workers and machines, material consumption chart, drawings of the site equipment for each stage of construction and technical report of the site equipment, technological procedures for brickwork of partitions and installation of ceramic tiles. The aim of this bachelor thesis is to design the construction activities with the appropriate number of workers and machines deployed so as to achieve a smooth construction of the building.
