The aim of this thesis is to develop an optimal procedure for measuring and processing thermographic images taken by using photogrammetry. Three objects were tested in the framework of this thesis. First, measurements were made during which a thermographic camera was used to take pictures, followed by an RGB camera. Next, control points were measured on the objects with a contact thermometer, used for subsequent calibration of the thermographic images to obtain the correct temperature values. As part of the calibration, the DJI Thermal SDK and a pair of programs, SENSE Reporting and SENSE Batch, were tested and evaluated to determine which was more suitable for the purpose. A 3D model was created from the RGB images and was assigned a texture created from the calibrated thermographic images. As part of the thesis, the effects of emissivity, reflected apparent temperature and atmospheric conditions on the resulting image were described and a workflow was developed to eliminate errors in the thermographic images. The work also includes a description of the data that the thermographic images provide and how this data changes after the images are calibrated.
