Nástavba a adaptace pekárny na bytovou rezidenci

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá návrhem nástavby na stávající objekt pekárny ve městě Turnov v ulici Studentská 1558. Nástavba je koncipována tak, aby navazovala a doplňovala stávající objekty, a zároveň bere v potaz změnu účelu užívání objektu z pekárny na obytný dům. V první části práce je popsán řešený objekt, jeho konstrukční systém, vývoj změn užívání a popis přístaveb. Dále je zde popis budoucího využití a záměrů s objektem. Navazuje statický návrh hlavních nosných konstrukcí nástavby dle aktuálně platných evropských norem. Zároveň jsou navrženy nosné prvky, které budou nově dodány do stávajícího podlaží objektu. V závěrečné části práce je popis požadavků na stávající konstrukci po přitížení nástavbou a návrhy na postup při případném nesplnění statických požadavků. Posudek by bylo možné provést až po provedení stavebně technického a geologického průzkumu (není součástí této práce). Přílohou práce je technická zpráva, výkresy tvaru stopních desek a výkresy výztuže stropních desek.

This bachelor thesis deals with the design of an extension to the existing bakery building in Turnov at 1558 Studentská Street. The extension is conceived in such a way that it connects with and complements the existing buildings, while taking into account the change of use of the building from a bakery to a residential house. The first part of the thesis describes the designed building, its structural system, the development of changes of use and a description of the extensions. Then there is a description of the future use and intentions for the building. This is followed by the structural design of the main load-bearing structures of the extension according to the currently valid European standards. At the same time, the load-bearing elements that will be newly supplied to the existing floor of the building are proposed. In the final part of the work there is a description of the requirements for the existing structure after the superstructure has been reinforced and suggestions for action in case of failure to meet the structural requirements. The assessment could be carried out after the structural engineering and geological survey (not part of this work). The technical report, drawings of the shape of the footings and drawings of the reinforcement of the floor slabs are annexed to the work.
