Další vzdělávání v prostředí Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy pohledem zaměstnanců

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem dalšího profesního vzdělávání v prostředí Magistrátu hl. m. Prahy a názory zaměstnanců na dané vzdělávání. V teoretické části autorka interpretuje základní teoretická východiska z oblasti vzdělávání dospělých, dále se věnuje tématu veřejné správy optikou vybraných strategických dokumentů a v závěru identifikuje problematiku vzdělávání úředníků územně samosprávných celků, legislativního ukotvení dané oblasti a současně charakterizuje samotný systém vzdělávání a jeho samostatné součásti. V praktické části autorka charakterizuje vybrané pracoviště, v jehož prostředí realizuje dotazníkové šetření mezi zaměstnanci, popíše cíle výzkumu a stanovené výzkumné otázky, následně zhodnotí jeho výsledky.

This bachelor these is deals with the topic of further professional Education in the Environment of the City Hall City of Prague and Employees' opinions on the given education. In the theoretical part, the author interprets the basic theoretical starting points in the field of adult education, she also deals with the topic of public administration through the lens of selected strategic documents and, in the end, identifies the issue of training officials of territorial self-governing units, the legislative anchoring of the given area, and at the same time characterizes the education system itself and its separate components. In the practical part, the author characterizes the selected workplace, in the environment of which she conducts a questionnaire survey among employees, describes the objectives of the research and set research questions, and then evaluates its results.
