Stres na pracovišti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá stresem na pracovišti, což je téma velice aktuální, jelikož stres je součástí každodenního života, a jinak tomu není ani v pracovním prostředí. Cílem práce je představit hlavní faktory stresu na pracovišti, rozlišit druhy stresu, a identifikovat jeho vliv na výkonnost pracovníků, dále ukázat, že stres na pracovišti nemusí mít pouze negativní vliv a nalezení cest, jak s ním efektivně pracovat. Posledním cílem pak je pak navržení cest pro zmírnění a efektivní využití stresu ve společnosti ManpowerGroup s.r.o. Teoretická část práce definuje a popisuje druhy stresu, věnuje se působení a fyziologii stresu, dále pak zvládání stresu a v poslední kapitole teoretické části stresu v pracovním prostředí a jeho efektivnímu využití. Praktická část práce obsahuje charakteristiku zvolené společnosti a dále pak na základě dotazníkového šetření analyzuje míru stresu respondentů, stresory ve společnosti, aktivity, které zaměstnanci využívají v prevenci proti stresu a zjišťuje, jaký vliv mají dané činnosti na jejich výkon pracovníků. Přínosem práce je navržení opatření pro eliminaci stresu u zaměstnanců a jeho efektivní využití.

The bachelor thesis deals with stress in the workplace, which is a very actual topic as stress is part of everyday life and the worklife too. The aim of the thesis is to introduce the main factors of stress in the workplace, distinguish the types of stress and identify its impact on employees' performance. Its another aim is also to interpret that stress in the workplace does not have only negative effects and to find ways to work with it effectively. The last aim is then to suggest ways to mitigate and effectively use stress in ManpowerGroup s.r.o. The theoretical part of the thesis defines and describes the types of stress, the impact and physiology of stress, then the thesis also focuses on stress management and in the last chapter of the theoretical part stress in the work environment and its effective usage is described. The practical part of the thesis contains the characteristics of the selected company and then based on a questionnaire survey, it analyses the stress level of the respondents, stressors in the company, activities used by employees in stress prevention and finds out the impact of the activities on the performance of the employees. The thesis concludes by suggesting measures for eliminating stress among employees and its effective use.
