Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na tvorbu business plánu dle podnikatelského záměru v existujícím malém podniku. V teoretické části bude popsána problematika tvorby business plánu, včetně všech dílčích částí a analýz nutných k sestavení plánu. V praktické části bude představen podnik a jeho záměr výroby minikaravanů, následně bude tvořen business plán, který bude v závěru části zhodnocen.
 
The diploma thesis is focused on the writing a business plan based on business idea in a small company. In the theoretical part the issues of creating a business plan which include all the parts and analysis necessary to write a business plan. In the practical part the company and the business idea of the teardrop caravan production will be described, followed by making the business plan which will be analysed and rated at the end of this thesis.
