Abstract

Bakalářská práce pojednává o práci z domova jako o rozvíjejícím se trendu. První část se věnuje teoretickým východiskům práce z domova, definuje její vlastnosti a vývoj v průběhu pandemie Covid-19. Cílem práce je analýza vlivu pandemie Covid-19 na využívání práce z domova v České republice a analýza postojů zaměstnanců a zaměstnavatelů k této formě práce. Průzkumem těchto aspektů se pomocí dotazníkového šetření zabývá praktická část. Výsledky mimo jiné potvrdily i negativní postoje k práci z domova, proto jsou v závěru navržena doporučení, která by mohla některé uvedené nevýhody řešit.

The bachelor thesis discusses working from home as an emerging trend. The first part of the thesis is devoted to the theoretical background of homeworking, defining its characteristics and development during the Covid-19 pandemic. The aim of the thesis is to analyse the impact of the Covid-19 pandemic on the use of homeworking in the Czech Republic and to analyse the attitudes of employees and employers towards this form of work. The practical part of the paper deals with the research of these aspects by means of a questionnaire survey. The results, among other things, confirmed the negative attitudes towards homeworking, and therefore recommendations are proposed in the conclusion that could address some of the disadvantages mentioned.
