Tabakismus na střední škole

Abstract

Bakalářská práce má teoreticko-empirický charakter. V teoretické části práce byl proveden výběr ze současné odborné literatury. Cílem empirické části je zjistit výskyt závislosti na nikotinu mezi středoškolskými studenty, míru výskytu, postoje studentů ke kouření a možnosti prevence tohoto jevu. Teoretická část je rozdělena do hlavních kapitol, které se zaměřují na problematiku tabakismu, charakteristiku závislostního chování a kouření u dospívajících. Jednotlivé podkapitoly se věnují informacím o historii užívání tabáku, formách tabakismu a protikuřácké legislativě v ČR a EU. Dále jsou v teoretické části dostupné informace o zdravotních důsledcích kouření, diagnostice závislosti na nikotinu, nejčastěji používaných tabákových výrobcích, motivaci ke kouření a nekuřáctví, odvykání kouření a poradnách k odvykání kouření. Praktická část prezentuje výsledky výzkumné sondy, realizované prostřednictvím dotazníku. Ten je zaměřen na specifikaci počtu kuřáků a nekuřáků, na jejich informovanost o zdravotních rizicích spojených s kouřením tabákových výrobků, motiv kouření v souvislosti s vlivem rodiny, dostupnost cigaret na trhu pro mládež a na možnosti prevence při odvykání kouření. Autorský dotazník je doplněn modifikovaným Fagerströmovým testem závislosti na nikotinu pro adolescenty, jehož cílem je zjistit parametry závislosti na nikotinu u oslovených studentů výzkumu této práce.

The Bachelor thesis has a theoretical-empirical character. In the theoretical part of the work was a prove-day selection from contemporary scholarly literature. The aim of the empirical section is to determine the incidence of ni-cotin dependence among secondary school students, the inci-dence rate, students' attitudes to smoking and the possibilities for preventing this phenomenon. The theoretical section is divided into main chapters, which focus on pro-blematics of tabakism, characterization of addiction behavior and smoking in adolescents. The sub-chapters cover infor-mation on the history of tobacco use, forms of tabakism and anti-smoking legislation in the Czech Republic and the EU. Furthermore, information on the health consequences of smoking, the dia-gnosis of nicotine dependence, the most commonly used tobacco products, smoking motivation and non-smoking, smoking cessation and smoking cessation advice are available in the theoretical section. The practical part contains chapters that focus on the research investigation, which is carried out through a questionnaire,. This is focused on identifying the number of smokers and non-smokers among the students interviewed, their information on their awareness of the health risks associated with smoking tobacco products, the motive for family-related smoking, the availability of cigarettes on the youth market and the possibilities of familiarising themselves with smoking cessation assistance. The research investigation is accompanied by a questionnaire: Modified Fa-gerström Nicotine Addiction Test for Adolescents, which aims to characterize nicotine dependence in the research students interviewed.
