Vliv parametrů řezání na kvalitu řezných hran po plazmovém řezání

Abstract

Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá vlivem parametrů řezání na kvalitu řezných hran po plazmovém řezání. Teoretická část nejdříve stručně popisuje způsoby tepelného dělení. Poté se zaměřuje na plazmového řezání, vysvětluje princip a uvádí trendy v této oblasti. Dále vzájemně porovnává zmíněné technologie tepelného dělení a uvádí vady řezu tepelného dělení. Praktická část je zaměřena na kvalitu povrchu řezu otvorů. Uvádí vliv úhlu nájezdu a přejetí na kvalitu povrchu řezu.

This bachelor thesis deals with the influence of cutting parameters on the quality of cutting edges after plasma cutting. The theoretical part first briefly describes the methods of thermal separation. Then it focuses on plasma cutting, explains the principle and sets out trends in this area. It also compares the mentioned technologies of thermal separation and sets out the cut defects of thermal division. The practical part is focused on the quality of surfaces cut using plasma cutting technology. It shows the effect of the angle of approach and overrun on the quality of the cutting surface.
