Možnosti integrace parní redukce v RC oběhu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce „Možnosti Integrace točivé redukce v RC oběhu“ se zabývá návrhem parní točivé redukce do oběhu biomasové elektrárny. V teoretické části práce je popsán pojem „Parní točivá redukce“ společně s popsáním specifických konstrukčních prvků a opodstatněním jejího použití pro redukci parametrů páry. Součástí teoretické části je zároveň seznámení s technologií biomasové elektrárny a uvedení možných variant pro doplnění točivé redukce. Dále jsou představena dostupná technická řešení. Praktická část představuje samotný návrh doplnění točivé redukce jako pohon napájecího čerpadla do tepelného oběhu, který je definován provozními daty. Nejdříve je proveden výpočet všech potřebných hodnot v jednotlivých uzlech oběhu a následně je oběh upraven a v potřených uzlech přepočítán pro stav s doplněním točivé redukce. Výpočtová část je uzavřena jednoduchým ekonomickým posouzením. V samotném závěru je provedena diskuze výsledků a uvedení několika doporučení, která plynou z analýzy výsledků.

The bachelor's thesis " Possibility of implementation of a steam reduction " deals with the design of steam rotary reduction in the technology of a biomass power plant. The theoretical part of the thesis describes the term "steam reduction" together with adescription of specific structural elements and justification of its use for the reduction of steam parameters. The theoretical part contains also description of the technology of biomass power plants and the introduction to possible variants of steam reduction implementations. The available technical solutions are also presented. The practical part presents the process of adding of a steam reduction as a feed pump drive to the technology, which is defined by operating data. First, the calculation of all required values in individual points of the thermodynamic cycle is performed, and then the cycle is adjusted and recalculated for adding of the steam reduction. The ending part of calculation is a simple economic analysis. In the end, there is a discussion of results and several recommendations.
