Systém produktových kalkulací ve společnosti Titgemeyer Tools & Automation spol. s r.o.

Abstract

Předmětem mé diplomové práce je tvorba sytému kalkulací ve výrobě průmyslového podniku. V první části práce jsou zpracovány teoretické základy ke kapitole nákladů, včetně jejich definice, členění a alokování. Poté jsou popsány základní pojmy v oblasti kalkulací a jednotlivé kalkulační přístupy, které se používají v praxi. Na závěr teoretické práce je shrnutí tvorby a využití rozpočtů. Druhá část diplomové práce obsahuje představení společnosti Titgemeyer Tools & Automation spol. s.r.o., analýzu jejího výrobního programu, procesů a kalkulačních způsobů ve výrobě. Dalším krokem bylo vytvořit nový systém produktových kalkulací nákladů. Tento sytém byl poté otestován na vybrané zakázce a určeném produkt z podnikového portfolia sériové výroby. Zhodnocení a doporučení které z testování vyvstala jsou sepsána v závěru práce.

The subject of my diploma thesis is the creation of a system of calculations in the production of an industrial enterprise. The first part of the thesis deals with the theoretical foundations for the chapter on costs, including their definition, breakdown and allocation. Then the basic concepts in the field of calculations and individual calculation approaches that are used in practice are described. At the end of the theoretical work is a summary of the creation and use of budgets. The second part of the diploma thesis contains an introduction to the company Titgemeyer Tools & Automation spol. s.r.o., analysis of its production program, processes, calculation methods in production. The next step was to create a new product costing system. This system was then tested on a selected order and a specified product from the company's portfolio of serial production. Evaluations and recommendations that arose from testing are written at the end of the work.
