Vliv režimových opatření u pacientů s vertebroalgickým syndromem

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá tématem vlivu režimových opatření a ergonomie práce u pacientů s vertebroalgickým syndromem. V kapitole Současný stav je teoreticky zpracovaná část o anatomii páteře, vertebrogenním algickém syndromu, jeho etiologii, členění, rizikových faktorech a bolesti. Dále navazuje ergonomie, kde jsou blíže popsané nejčastější lidské činnosti, jako je stoj, sed a zvedání břemen. V Metodice jsou popsány vyšetřovací metody, korekce ergonomie a užitých režimových opatření a také terapeutické postupy, které byly při provádění práce použity. V kapitole Speciální část najdeme zpracování a porovnání skupin. Kdy jedna skupina absolvuje kinezioterapii včetně edukace režimových opatření a druhá pouze kinezioterapii. Obsahuje kineziologické rozbory jednotlivých pacientů, stanovení krátkodobého i dlouhodobého rehabilitačního plánu a popis terapeutických jednotek. Ve Výsledcích je zhodnocen přínos a efekt terapie, díky porovnání vstupních a výstupních vyšetření. Výsledky potvrzují předpokládaný pozitivní vliv režimových opatření v terapii. V kapitole Diskuze je rozebrána problematika tématu i s porovnáním nalezených výzkumů. V Závěru najdeme zhodnocení přínosu práce a splnění předem zadaných cílů.

The bachelor thesis focuses on the impact of regime measures and ergonomics for patients with vertebral algic syndrome. The Current state chapter theoretically describes a part about spine anatomy, vertebral algic syndrome, its etiology, classification, risk factors and pain. Ergonomics follows, describing in more detail the most common human activities such as standing, sitting and lifting loads. The Methodology part describes investigative methods, corrections of ergonomics and used regime measures, as well as therapeutic procedures that were used during the work. The Special part chapter we find elaboration and group comparison when one group undergoes kinesiotherapy, including education of regime measures, and the second group only kinesiotherapy. It contains kinesiological analyzes of individual patients, determination of short-term and long-term rehabilitation plan and description of therapeutic units. The results evaluate the benefit and effect of the therapy, thanks to the comparison of initial and final examinations. The results confirm the expected positive effect of regime measures in the therapy. The Discussion chapter elaborates on the main topic including the comparison of various research that was found. The conclusion chapter evaluates the work benefits and the fulfillment of pre-set goals.
