Investiční controlling a tvorba modelu hodnocení investic ve společnosti Faurecia

Abstract

Předmětem řešení diplomové práce bylo vytvoření modelu pro hodnocení efektivnosti investic v daném podniku, představení jeho funkcí a aplikace na konkrétní podnikovou investici. V souvislosti s vytvořeným modelem byl předložen návrh na využívání modelu v procesu schvalování investic a k následnému stanovení dosahované efektivnosti investic ve fázi jejich užívání. Účelem navržených opatření je možnost zvýšení úrovně investičního controllingu v podniku.

The diploma thesis’s subject matter was the creation of model for investment effectiveness evaluation in given company, presentation of its functions and application to particular investment. In connection with the created model, a proposal was submitted for the use of the model in the investment approval process and for the subsequent determination of the achieved efficiency of investments in the stage of their operation. The purpose of the proposed measures is the possibility increase in quality of the company’s investment controlling.
