Měřicí systém pro analýzu teplotního pole PLC modulů

Abstract

Cílem práce je vývoj modulů pro teplotní testování modulárních PLC z rodiny Siemens Simatic. Moduly mohou tepelně exponovat testované zařízení teplotním profil jakéhokoli skutečného zařízení ze stejné řady. Moduly jsou navíc vybaveny funkcí automatického měření teplotní matice na bočních stěnách testovaného zařízení. Práce se rovněž zabývá vývojem měděných (odporových) teplotních senzoru, integrovaných v desce plošného spoje.

The main goal of this work is the development of modules for temperature testing of modular PLC’s from the Siemens Simatic family. The modules can thermally expose the device under test to the temperature profile of any real device from the same series. In addition, the modules are equipped with the function of automatic measurement of the temperature matrix on the side walls of the tested device. Thesis also deals with the development of copper (resistance) temperature sensors integrated in the printed circuit board.
