Stanovení návratnosti investice do rekonstrukce a nástavby bytového domu

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá investicí do modernizace a rekonstrukce bytového domu. Hlavním cílem práce je vyhodnotit ekonomickou efektivnost odlišnými druhy financování. V teoretické části jsou podrobněji popsány ekonomické ukazatele a výpočtové vzorce, společně s aspekty, které nelze opomenout při realizaci projektu. Následně se praktická část bakalářské práce zabývá ukázkovým příkladem modernizace podkroví bytového domu v památkové zóně Prahy. Na závěr přichází názorné porovnání a vyhodnocení návratnosti investice a výnosů plynoucích z téže projektu.

Bachelor thesis is focused on investment into the construction and modernization of an apartment building. Main goal of this thesis is to evaluate the economic efficiency of different types of financing. Theoretical parts describe and specify in more details economic indicators and formulas used for calculation. Along with aspects that cannot be neglected in the expected projection. Subsequently, practical part of bachelor thesis tries to show an example of exact modernization of the attic area of an listed apartment building in Prague. At the end of thesis statement follows visual comparison and evaluation of return on investment and revenues, resulting from the same project.
