Ekonomické hodnocení výstavby a provozu kogenerační jednotky

Abstract

Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na využití kogenerační jednotky v teplárenství. Práce popisuje v první části původní stav městské plynové kotelny jen s plynovými kotli, její funkčnost a výrobu. V druhé části je popsán návrh a instalace kogenerační jednotky do této kotelny a vše, co takový návrh a instalace kogenerační jednotky do kotelny obnáší. Ve třetí části jsou vyhodnocena získaná data z provozu celé kotelny po 3 letech provozu kogenerační jednotky a je popsána také ekonomika celé kotelny před a po instalaci kogenerační jednotky. Závěr práce obsahuje navržení optimalizací provozu kogenerační jednotky a plynových kotlů za účelem zlepšení ekonomiky celé kotelny. Zpracovávaná data jsou z městské kotelny, město a vlastník nejsou v práci záměrně uváděny, neboť k tomu nebyl dán souhlas. Práce je tedy psána o obecné kotelně využívající skutečná data z posledních let provozu (1 rok provozu jen s plynovými kotli a 3 roky provozu plynových kotlů spolu s kogenerační jednotkou).

This thesis is focused on the use of a cogeneration unit in the heating industry. The first part of the thesis describes the original state of the city boiler room only with gas boilers, its functionality and production. The second part describes the design and installation of the cogeneration unit in this boiler room and everything it entails to design and install a cogeneration unit in the boiler room. The third part evaluates the data obtained from the entire boiler room after 3 years of operation of the cogeneration unit and describes the economics of the entire boiler room before and after the installation of cogeneration unit. The conclusion of the thesis contains a proposal for optimizing the operation of the cogeneration unit and gas boilers in order to improve the economy of the entire boiler room. The processed data are from the city boiler room, the city and the owner are not intentionally mentioned in the thesis, as no consent has been given. The thesis is therefore written about a general boiler room using real data from the last years of operation (1 year of operation only with gas boilers and 3 years of operation of gas boilers together with a cogeneration unit).
