Motivace zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku

Abstract

Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na motivaci zaměstnanců ve vybraném podniku. Podnik, na který byla tato bakalářská práce vypracována je Optimnet Solutions s.r.o. V teoretické části práce jsou objasněny pojmy a výrazy jako jsou motiv, motivace, stimul, stimulace a poté byla teoretická část zaměřena na teorie pracovního jednání. V analytické části je provedena analýza motivace k práci, motivačních a stimulačních nástrojů pomocí dotazníkového šetření a semistandardizovaného rozhovoru. Dále byla navržena opatření, která by měla mít za důsledek zlepšení stávajícího stavu motivace a spokojenosti zaměstnanců podniku Optimnet Solutions s.r.o.

The bachelor thesis is focused on motivation of employees in the chosen company. The company on which this bachelor thesis was developed is Optimnet Solutions s.r.o. In the theoretical part of this work, terms and expressions such as motive, motivation, stimulus, stimulation are explained. Then the theoretical part was focused on the theory of working behaviour. In the analytical part, an analysis of motivation to work, motivation and stimulation tools was performed using a questionnaire survey and semi-standardized interview. Furthermore, measures have been proposed that should result in an improvement in the current state of motivation and satisfaction of Optimnet Solutions s.r.o.
