Aerodynamický návrh vrtule

Abstract

Tari, D.: Aerodynamický návrh vrtule: diplomová práce, Praha: ČVUT - České vysoké učení technické, Fakulta strojní, Ústav letadlové techniky, 2019, 60 s. Vedoucí práce: Ing. Jan Klesa Ph.D. Tato práce je zaměřena na návrh vrtule pro koncepční ultralehký letoun s elektrickou pohonnou jednotkou. V práci nejdřív definujeme nejdůležitější kroky návrhu vrtule, pak na předem definovaný návrhový režim určíme geometrické charakteristiky vrtule se zřetelem na konstrukční omezení definované konstruktérem. Pro navržený tvar vrtule určíme aerodynamické charakteristiky aplikací vírové teorie Žukovského. Tyto charakteristiky nám v dalších krocích slouží jako vstup k určení zatížení vrtule podél celého listu. V práci je také věnovaná pozornost konstrukci vrtule a volbě materiálů, které po určení průběhů zatížení zkontrolujeme, zda vyhovují pevnostním požadavkům. V závěru práce jsou uvedená doporučení, pomocí kterých je možné dále zkvalitnit konstrukci listu vrtule a která jsou rovněž nutná k ověření jak mechanických, tak aerodynamických vlastností vrtule.

Tutor: Klesa, J The thesis is focused on propeller design of a conceptual ultralight aircraft with electric drive unit. In thesis are defined the most important steps in propeller design, than for the given operating mode we will provide the computation of geometric characteristics of the propeller, considering the limitations of the aircraft designer. After the determination of the geometric properties of the propeller, we apply the vortex theory of Zhukovsky to compute the aerodynamic characteristics of the propeller. These characteristics are input data for the computation of aerodynamic loads. In the thesis we also focus on the construction and selection of the materials, which through stress analysis are evaluated, whether they meet the strength requirements or not. In the end we also mention recommendations, which could further improve the construction and are also important to verify the mechanic and aerodynamic properties of the propeller.
