Mezilidské vztahy na pracovišti

Abstract

Bakalářská práce se zabývá interpersonálními vztahy na pracovišti. Cílem práce je průzkum mezilidských vztahů na konkrétním pracovišti z hlediska zaměstnance. Teoretická část popisuje související témata: mezilidské a pracovní vztahy, sociální a pracovní skupiny, sociální styk, komunikaci a negativní jevy na pracovišti. V praktické části je prostřednictvím dotazníkového šetření analyzována atmosféra na pracovišti, vztahy mezi zaměstnanci, jejich vzájemná komunikace a negativní jevy na pracovišti, stresové faktory či konflikty mezi zaměstnanci.

The bachelor thesis deals with interpersonal relationships at the workplace. The aim of the thesis is to explore interpersonal relationships at a particular workplace from the employee's point of view. The theoretical part describes in detail the related topics: interpersonal and working relationships, social and working groups, social communication and negative phenomena at the workplace. In the practical part, the questionnaire survey analyses the atmosphere in the workplace, the relationships between employees, their mutual communication and negative phenomena in the workplace, stress factors or conflicts between employees.
