Návrh kompostárny města Králíky

Abstract

Tato práce v úvodu pojednává o stávající legislativě se zaměřením na nakládání s biologicky rozložitelnými odpady a dále zmíní společenské i politické tendence nakládání s těmito odpady. Také popíše základní charakteristiku kompostování a metodiky návrhu kompostáren. Ve druhé části prozkoumá minimální a maximální produkci biologicky rozložitelného odpadu na území města Králíky a spádových obcí a na tato množství navrhne možná řešení realizace kompostárny dle zadaných lokalit provozovatelem městských služeb. V závěru práce budou tato řešení technicky a ekonomicky zhodnocena a vzájemně porovnána vč. nezávazného doporučení.

In the first part this thesis deals with current legislation focusing on the management of biodegradable waste and introduces the social and political tendencies of waste management. It also describes the basic composting characteristics and design methodology of composting plants. In the second part, it will investigate the minimum and maximum production of biodegradable waste in the territory of the town of Králíky and will propose the possible solutions for the implementation of the composting plant according to the specified sites by the operator of waste services. At the end of the thesis these solutions will be technically and economically evaluated and compared with each other, incl. non-binding recommendations.
