Využití multikriteriální analýzy pro hodnocení systémů vytápění rodinného domu

Abstract

Cílem diplomové práce na téma "Využití multikriteriální analýzy pro hodnocení systémů vytápění rodinného domu" je v první části čtenáři přiblížit různé možnosti v oblasti vytápění zejména rodinných domů a také nastínit problematiku energetické náročnosti budov, která je s tématem vytápění velmi úzce spjatá. Druhá část práce má čtenáři poskytnout a ukázat určitý návod, jak vybrat vhodný zdroj vytápění dle konkrétních požadavků a preferencí. S ohledem na tento koncept práce je teoretická část rozdělena do tří základních kapitol. První kapitola popisuje základní druhy paliv a energií včetně jejich vzájemného porovnání, část se také krátce zabývá energetickou politikou. Druhá kapitola je stručně věnována základním kritériím při výběru druhu vytápění a také samotným zdrojům tepla. Poslední kapitola teoretické části přibližuje problematiku energetické náročnosti budov, zejména se věnuje průkazu energetické náročnosti budov. Praktická část je pak věnována konkrétnímu rodinnému domu, na němž je aplikován postup, návod, jak relativně jednoduše a současně efektivně vybrat vhodný zdroj vytápění dle konkrétních požadavků a preferencí investora pomocí zvolených metod multikriteriální analýzy. Zvlášť jsou pak dvě kapitoly detailněji zaměřeny na energetiku a ekonomiku vybraných variant zdrojů vytápění. Poslední oddíl je věnován návrhům optimalizace projektu řešeného rodinného domu.

The main aim of the thesis, called "Utilization of multi-criteria analysis for the evaluation of heating systems of a family house", is to introduce different possibilities in the field of heating, especially family houses heating, as well as to outline the issue of energy efficiency of buildings, which is very closely related to the topic of heating. The following part of the thesis is to provide the reader with some instructions on how to select a suitable source of heating according to specific requirements and preferences. With regard to this concept, the theoretical part is divided into three elementary chapters, the first of which describes the basic types of fuels and energy including their comparison. A part of the first chapter deals with energy policy as well. The second chapter is briefly focused on the basic criteria for choosing the type of heating and the sources of heating themselves. The last chapter of the theoretical part explores the issue of the energy efficiency of buildings, especially the energy performance certificates. The practical part is devoted to a specific family house where the following is applied: the procedure, the instructions how to choose a suitable source of heating according to the specific requirements and preferences of the investor by means of using the selected methods of multi-criteria analysis. Two chapters are especially focused on the power engineering and economy of selected heating sources. The very last section deals with optimization projects and designs of the particular family house.
