Ekonomické porovnání pasivního a nízkoenergetického rodinného domu

Abstract

Práce se zabývá porovnáním pasivních a nízkoenergetických domů. Teoretická část definuje základní druhy úsporného bydlení. Shrnuje historický vývoj pasívních a nízkoenergetických domů. Dále se píše o legislativě pasivních domů a informuje o dotačním programu "Nová zelená úsporám". Řeší se problematika vytápění a větráni u obou typů domů. Vymezují se hlavní rozdíly mezi nízkoenergetickým a pasivním domem, definují se jejich hlavní vlastnosti a způsob návrhu tak abychom dosáhli požadovaného energetického standardu. V praktické části diplomové práce navrhuji dva teoretické domy. Jeden dům je pasivní a druhy je nízkoenergetický. Na první pohled tyto domy vypadají identicky. Oba mají identický tvar, půdorys a typ střechy, stejný počet otvoru a mají stejnou orientaci vůči světovým stranám. Domy se ale liší v tloušťce a v druhu tepelné izolace a kvalitou oken. Další rozdíl je ve vzduchotěsností konstrukce a způsobu větrání, vytápění a ohřevu teplé vody. Domy jsou zpracovány z hlediska tepelně-technických vlastností obálky a je zjištěna energetická náročnost obou domů. Následně jsou porovnány dle celkových nákladů na výstavbu a provozních nákladů na rok. Na závěr se hledá bod v čase, kdy náklady na výstavbu a provoz obou domů jsou shodné a vyhodnocuje se, zdali se vyšší počáteční náklady na pasivní dům vyplatí.

The thesis deals with the comparison of passive and low energy houses. The theoretical part defines the basic types of energy efficient houses. It summarizes the historical development of passive and low-energy buildings. In addition, it defines the legislation of passive houses and informs us about the state grant "Nová zelená úsporám". It deals with issues like heating and ventilation for both types of houses, and defining the main differences between low-energy and passive house. In the practical part of the thesis I design two theoretical houses. One house is passive and the other is low-energy. At first sight the two houses look identical. Both have identical shape, floor plan and roof type, the same number of windows and face the same cardinal directions. However, the houses differ in thickness and in the type of thermal insulation and the quality of windows. Another difference is the air-tightness of the structure and the type of ventilation, and heating systems. After insuring that both houses are in the range of their prescribed standards, the houses are then compared based on the total constraction and operating costs. Finally, the last task is to find the point in time when the costs of construction and operation for both houses meet, and determin whether or not the higher contruction cost of a passive house is worth it.
