Analýza a komparace zapojení vybraných nemocnic Pardubického kraje do cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému

Abstract

Tématem této práce je analýza a komparace zapojení vybraných nemocnic Pardubického kraje do cvičení integrovaného záchranného systému (dále jen IZS). Teoretická část popisuje zdravotnictví jako subsystém bezpečnostního systému státu, zejména v úrovni IZS. V praktické části je nejprve popsána charakteristika území Pardubického kraje a Nemocnice Pardubického kraje, a. s. Další část práce se zabývá zapojením těchto nemocnic do cvičení IZS, jejich porovnání a přínos k připravenosti na mimořádné události. Ve třetí části je vypracována SWOT analýza pro Nemocnici Pardubického kraje, a. s., která nabádá k maximálnímu využití silných stránek k dosažení strategického úspěchu. V poslední části je uveden dotazník a jeho odezva zaměstnanců k ověření znalostí traumatologického plánu (dále jen TP). V rámci praktické části této práce se budu snažit verifikovat hypotézy, že vybraná zdravotnická zařízení v Pardubickém kraji se aktivně a dostatečně zapojují do cvičení složek IZS.

The topic of this thesis is analysis and comparison any of the hospitals Pardubice region in exercising rescue services. The theoretical part describes healthcare like subsystem safety system of the Czech Republic in IRS. The practical part describes Pardubice region and hospitals of the region generally. Next part of this thesis deals with connecting hospitals in to the exercise IRS. The thesis compares readiness for emergency event of the hospitals the Pardubice region. There is the SWOT analysis of the hospitals the Pardubice region in the third part the thesis. The last part the thesis is the questionnaire. This is the test of knowledge the trauma plan. In this part of my dissertation I will be verifying the hypothesis that chosen healthcare organizations in Pardubice region are actively participating in real cases scenarios stimulations. These are being done by Czech integrated system.
