Analýza efektivity a možností metodických cvičení Zdravotnické záchranné služby Ústeckého kraje ve spolupráci se složkami Integrovaného záchranného systému v Ústeckém kraji.

Abstract

Úkolem diplomové práce je přinést ucelený náhled na problematiku IZS a metodických cvičení s hromadným postižením zdraví. V teoretické části jsou charakterizovány základní informace o IZS a o Vzdělávacím a výcvikovém středisku ZZS ÚK. Je zde uvedena charakteristika Traumatologického plánu ZZS ÚK a typových činností složek IZS. Popsána jsou také cvičení složek IZS a jejich součinnost při hromadném postižení zdraví. V praktické části diplomové práce jsou stanoveny celkem tři cíle. Prvním cílem je zjistit efektivitu uskutečněných metodických cvičení realizovaných ZZS ÚK se složkami IZS v Ústeckém kraji v letech 2016 a 2017. Druhým cílem je porovnat úroveň znalostí účastníků mezi zastoupenými složkami IZS na základě znalostního testu, v rámci kterého jsme zjišťovali i základní data o respondentech. Třetím cílem je navrhnout zlepšení efektivity metodických cvičení IZS na podkladě vyhodnocení SWOT analýzy. Respondenti byli členové složek IZS (n=312). Metodou pro sběr dat byl znalostní test doplněný o otázky týkající se základních demografických a profesních dat, který dohromady obsahoval 30 otázek. Výsledky statistické analýzy ukázaly významný vztah mezi subjektivním hodnocením teoretických znalostí, typem zaměstnání (ve které složce IZS respondent pracuje) a vnímanou potřebou konání metodických cvičení. Na základě zjištěných výsledků je navržen další postup realizace metodických cvičení konaných v Ústeckém kraji.

The thesis is concerned with providing a comprehensive overview on the subject of Integrated Rescue Service (IRS) and its methodological drills in case of mass casualty event. Theoretical part presents fundamental information on IRS and Medical Rescue Service Education and Instruction Centre in the Ústí nad Labem region. It introduces the region´s Medical Rescue Service (MRS) Red Alert plan and the specific actions and responsibilities the bodies of IRS are to deliver in case of emergency. The training of IRS bodies is described as well as their cooperation in case of mass casualty event. The practical part of the thesis aims to deliver three objectives. The first objective is to measure effectiveness of the methodological drills implemented by the MRS together with the other IRS bodies in the Ústí nad Labem region in 2016 and 2017. The second objective is to compare the level of expertise of the individual bodies of IRS subjects´. The third objective is to offer suggestions for improvement of the methodological drills based on SWOT analyses. The subjects were members of the bodies of IRS (n=312). Data collection method used was a expertise knowledge test which also contained several demographic and profession based questions (30 questions in all). The statistical analyses has shown a significant relationship between subjective estimate of theoretical knowledge, the nature of the job (which body of IRS the subject works for) and a perceived need for the methodological drills. Based on the results a further action for the methodological drills is being proposed.
