Stanovení hodnoty společnosti Letiště Praha, a.s.

Abstract

Cílem této práce bylo stanovení hodnoty společnosti Letiště Praha, a. s., výnosovou metodou, jejíž výsledky mohou sloužit jako podklad pro případné investory. Práce je rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. V teoretické části jsou popsány základní informace o tématu a metodologie, která je využita v části praktické. Nejprve je představena společnost Letiště Praha, a. s., a poté provedena strategická analýza (PEST, Porterův model pěti sil) a finanční analýza s vyhodnocením absolutních i poměrových ukazatelů a indexů hodnocení podniku. Na základě těchto analýz a generátorů hodnoty byl sestaven finanční plán. Z těchto poznatků byla stanovena hodnota společnosti metodou DCF entity k 1. 1. 2019, která byla následně porovnána s hodnotou účetní a hodnotou stanovenou pomocí odvětvových multiplikátorů.

The aim of this diploma thesis was valuation of the company Letiště Praha, a. s. using income method. Results of this thesis could be used as an information for potential investors. This work is divided into a theoretical and a practical part. The theoretical part contains basic information about the subject and methodology, which is then used in the practical part. At first, there is an introduction of the company Letiště Praha, a. s. and after that there is strategic analysis (PEST, Porter's five forces) and financial analysis with the evaluation of absolute and ratio indicators and bankruptcy models. Based on these analyses and value generators, a financial plan was drawn up. From these findings, the company value was determined by the DCF entity method as of 1 January 2019, which was subsequently compared with the accounting value of assets and valuation using multiples by industry sector.
