Abstract

Autor se zabývá identifikací základních požadavků na zařízení staveniště v podmínkách areálůtypu nemocnice.Konkrétně pak zpřehledněním dané problematiky a charakteristikou technické infrastruktury areálu Fakultní nemocnice v Motole. Dále se práce zabývá zpřehledněním možností řešení zjištěných nedostatků v technické infrastruktuře (především u inženýrských sítí) pomocí bezvýkopových technologiích. Součástí bakalářské práce je také SWOT analýza a závěrečné vyhodnocení.

The author identifies in his thesis the basic requirements for the construction site organisation in the special conditions of buildings, such as hospitals. In detail, the thesis deals with simplification of the given issues and characteristics of the technical infrastructure of the area of the Motol University Hospital. The thesis further describes the possible simplification of solution of the deficiency found in the technical infrastructure (especially in engineering networks) by using trenchless technology. The thesis also contains SWOT analysis and final evaluation.
